Tina the Musical Last night I had the pleasure of meeting @ashleyzhangazha & @nkekio who gave brilliant portrayals of Ike and @tinaturner in @tinathemusical. So glad I finally got to see it @aldwychtheatre.

Ready to go! Car seats are the best bit of all the baby gear. Seriously, the rest can bore you to tears but I genuinely enjoy installing a new car seat - maybe it’s a Dad thing. This #gifted latest one for our soon to be school age daughter (whattt!) came from @britaxroemer, who we first discovered in Australia (@britaxaustralia) when they gave us a pram and a car seat for Arya when I was touring with Singin in the Rain. That pram was sturdy as hell. This is called the Advansafix IV and it comes in this awesome geometric pattern black. I haven’t been paid to advertise this - I really enjoy our new upgraded seat and Arya took her inaugural trip in it to @willowsactivityfarm yesterday. 10/10. . . . #britax #carseat #babystuff #dadlife

Got To Dance 2014 | Full Showcase ...and the whole thing for full flow. In the closing weeks of each season of Got To Dance, all 3 judges were asked to prepare a performance piece for one of the live shows. It was getting bigger and bigger each year, as by now we had ended up filming the live shows in Earls Court arena. It’s hard to pick music, and one day I was warming up to the Chemical Bros for an aggression session, and I felt it would be awesome to make a number if I was allowed to. I’d also been toying with doing a musical theatre number, and my wife suggested Razzle Dazzle - which I thought was the perfect piece as a red herring and contrast to the Chemical Bros track. I knew I needed the third section which would up the ante, and Dougie Mills came to the rescue with a fantastic speed and stunt routine. It was amazingly enjoyable but challenging. It was definitely a case of rubber legs by the end...hanging on with adrenaline getting me through. #tapdance #performance #choreography

Here’s an old video I found of me feeling out the steps & structure for the Chemical Bros section of my final Got To Dance routine. It’s pretty scrappy but it’s interesting to see what stayed in & how the piece evolved (thanks a great deal to @dougiemills77, @laurengore23, @nadsy27 & @jaredhageman & of course all the creatives at GTD). When I choreograph I tend to just move about & see where the music guides me. I then build on this improvisation. #choreography #tapdance #chemicalbrothers
