Lets talk spf! We all know that we apply spf to stop us from burning. But did you know broad spectrum spf protects our skin not just from UVB rays but also UVA rays. But what does this mean? Remember it this way... UVB rays are B for burning rays. They affect the skins top layer causing it to burn. UVB also pays the greatest role in causing skin cancers. UBA rays are A for ageing rays. Sing hallelujah 🎶 Absolutely loving my new after shower routine. I mix a few drops of the phyto replenish body oil with my body hydrating cream and apply to my whole body every night. In the morning im a little time poor, due to me re setting the alarm 10 times, so i just apply the body hydrating cream on my arms 😉 I have always had Keratosis pilaris on the back of my arms.
