My friend @benvenom just did a release w @rvca and curated an exhibition in the SF storefront gallery. This image is a mask I created and a killer jacket that @benvenom @lucienshapiro @tuljutargate @jasonredwood collaborated on. The shows up till mid Jan. 2010 ... what a magic night...this was right out of @joshualinergallery we took a 30ft Viking ship through Chelsea in NYC ...starting by going the wrong way down 10th ave with about 100 people carrying battle axes and cabs swerving out of our way...and lighting off mortar fireworks that exploded off buildings and echoed like mad... two drummers inside and a second ship waiting with the metal band @metal_knights who played a set when we arrived back to the gallery. This part of the exhibition was to celebrate the life of Andy Kessler, Kevin Wendall, Richard Mock and Tom Little. Photos from @todseelie @brockfetch @mehringsbearings

Here’s a short clip of HalloWolfbat #6 2019 @houseofvans Chicago. The three bands were The Hu, Doomriders and Lightning Born. Here you can see a small performance with puppets and costumes during one song of each band. The space was Wolfbatted with giant screen print and painted backdrops and big puppets/sculptures. @thehuofficial #Doomriders @wearelightningborn this is the sixth HalloWolfbat And this event has been in Brooklyn, San Francisco, Houston and Chicago. I missed Vans Checkerboard day while traveling and on projects. I wanted to express some gratitude here. I met @palladd about 13 years ago at an art show in NYC. He approached me and said he worked with @vans . He asked if there were any way they could support any projects I had going on. Since then We’ve done 4 HalloWolfbat events with House of Vans. They supported several years of Andy Kessler Days, we’ve done print workshops with schools, murals in venues, they’ve supported numerous art shows I’ve had, and we’ve collaborated on shoes and even did a parade w @stevevandoren . They’ve supported the arts and skate culture over and over for years and years. In addition to The Checkerboard day event celebrating their support to creativity, they donated 1 million dollars to @imaginationfdn Thank you @vans @palladd @thatguysid @apryllemichelle @chopperdave @stevevandoren @kimmymcatee for the continued support to me personally and to the arts as a whole. ⚡️⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🔥

Hers a paste up collage of carved block prints. They are painted w acrylic washes. I usually bring a suitcase full of pattern and image silkscreen and block prints when asked to do these ....
