This is so amazing 🙏🏾 A lot of people seeing this post might not recognise this man, but his actions today are an example for all of us. I grew up seeing Philip Schofield on my TV everyday getting ready for school. As well as an extremely popular and successful Television Presenter, he has always exuded such a warm, kind, likable, gentle & respectful personality that was so lovingly baked into everyday British life for millions of people. His coming out today is wonderful. Not because of what his sexuality is or is not. But because of his choice to step away from fear, from shame and from voices that tell you what you can not and should not be. This is an inspirational moment that will spark hugely necessary positive conversation in the homes of so many people who feel almost familiar enough to him to be family. To publicly share something as entirely personal as your sexuality is not obligatory or even necessary, but in this special circumstance, there is magic that will be done for every person accepting a new truth about a man they already admire and understanding that their admiration can & should go on unchanged. What an incredible opportunity for everyone to practice love over hate and see support showcased so brilliantly. @schofe as a fan who's watched you every morning as a kid, Congratulations! On striving for freedom, on inspiring myself and countless others, on navigating your life and the challenges that can be presented today on this subject to get to this point, and on deciding to commit love and truth to yourself. I hope it becomes clear now, for as many people as possible, that there is nothing to fear about stepping in to the person you are, only something brave and wonderful to commend and a life of love left to live. ❤️

For a while now, and again more recently, I've been a part of much needed conversations about body positivity, social media and mental wellness. It's clear that these are important issues for us all to think about. So here are some thoughts. Body type DOES NOT MATTER. Finding your way to being comfortable & happy in the skin you're in DOES MATTER and is the best and most important thing we can ALL encourage each other to do. No one needs to look like someone else to have value or validity, and we certainly do not need to ask for permission by way of likes from other people to be or feel beautiful. And yet it can be very easy to fall into that mindset. It's important that we stay mindful of the impact and INFLUENCE we all have collectively on body positivity in a time where the ripples of our decisions are felt more widely and strongly than ever. Being positively present in your own happy and healthy body will always win over wishing you had somebody else's. While positive likes and comments on Instagram can be nice, what message does it send if they're all going to one type of person for doing one kind of thing? There is beauty everywhere, ESPECIALLY in diversity. So whether you work out, don't work out, look like it, don't look like it, whether you're bigger, skinnier, harder, softer, constantly changing and everything in between - take pride, SPREAD THE LOVE, & let your body speak to the life that you love living. Because the only conversation that really matters is the one it has with you. People will notice, guaranteed. Those are my thoughts. X🖤 🎥 #tb shoot with @jarelion

To @ohheyitsmari and @albinakatsman of @soforeignofficial for building this highly ambitious shoot from the ground up and the unenviable task of holding it all together (tap tap!) thank you. And finally, to @iamyasi for the most unbelievably astounding, vulnerable and inspiring performance, for writing a beautifully heart-felt script and for inviting me to come on board as part of this wonderful team, ALL of the thank yous. Last night at @glsen LA was amazing. Hearing the strength and clarity of the voices of 2019 queer youth is SO INSPIRING. Bring the change that you know is right and believe in, you are right and you have ALL the power. Lead the world forward! I've been so fortunate to work with incredible queer voices in this industry and to be one myself, one thing is very clear & important to me: We are better & stronger together - all seen, all heard and all included! ✨🏳️‍🌈 #GLSEN

After over a year of working hard with some of the best people, a little dream of mine is bizarrely coming true. I never imagined as a kid growing up spending hours and hours on my PlayStation that one day I would actually BE IN one of the games I was playing. Let alone THE GAME. It's been such an amazing ride of new experiences, great times and jaw-dropping moments of being a part of this chapter in an epic new age of story telling. We've all been excited and humbled by it, not to mention the incredible Taylor Kurosaki, the legendary Brian Bloom and the whole fantastic team at @infinityward for welcoming us onto this project and into the #COD family. It's been an absolute blast. The kid in me still hasn't stopped smiling. Very eye opening to see how much even a small section of our coast is littered and a hazard to our environment and wildlife. 5am thoughts woke me up this morning. sometimes there are moments in life when you feel tired, like you're constantly taking the steps but you're not moving forward. as if every sign you pass is pointing you on but only leads you to dead ends and cliff drops. and despite all the good things that are happening, you feel drained, and maybe even a little guilty for not appreciating what's going right. It's exhausting. I usually cope pretty well in these times, but to be honest lately have found it pretty tough. So I'm going to share and hang on to these thoughts. If there is something you love, pursue it with every step. Work hard for it. And take each twist and turn as an opportunity to prove your determination to achieve and claim the things you want. If you come to a wall, build a ladder, or jump higher. If you arrive at a cliff, build a bridge, or climb your way down and swim. Get creative. Be inspired to carve out your own path and let every step you take be a step stronger, wiser and better for yourself. When you're tired, rest. Respect your energy with how and when you invest it. Feel the burn and the pain and the triumph of the hard, long journey. Because that's the one worth taking. Head up. Nose down. Stand proud. And never give up. x 🙏🏾💛 📷 @engers
