Oh, sorry, it’s #nationaldaughterday? This is the way we had the luck to spend ours. Sometimes it just hits me how pure and sweet kids are. And I tonight it made me cry to think of because I love mine so much. And then I laughed at myself because are you kidding you’re secretly crying when Shane’s not looking because she’s so cute and obsessed with mermaids and always roots for the bad guy in stories and answers basically anything you say with, “yeah, but...” lolol -

This is the raddest of dads. This guy took the first pic on a self-timer out in the flippin wilderness alone with both children. (Me and my milk-makers miles away.) Bold move! One of many. You know he delivered Polly. While distracting Shane with a dvd of The Lion King. And not even freaking out about it. And that, of course, was only the beginning. The creativity (epic forts from cardboard boxes) and humor every day impress me and make me so happy. @coelmaness you make the our girls happy! And you make me so happy.
