🤘 (10 videos. Swipe left) “That line, “You can’t see California without Marlon Brando’s eyes”, was such a metaphor for what...real psychotherapy used to be...” - Corey Taylor. Backstage at Jiffy Lube Live on 9/1. We talked: * 1) Story behind “You can’t see California without Marlon Brando’s eyes” from EYELESS. * 2) Continues to talk about “Eyeless” and what the song means to him regarding psychotherapy. * 3) Talks about what he hears in his in-ears while on-stage. How much bass, guitar, drums, etc. * 4) Talks about his relationship with the audience and what they give him, emotionally, while he’s on stage. Do the songs take on different meanings for him as the audience sings back to him? * 5) Memories of the picture taken for the first album cover 20-years ago. (Those are photos of my actual album. I still have the version with “Purity” on it.) * 6) Why he doesn’t curse on Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses, which I didn’t even realize until recently. * 7) His fav @thatkevinsmith & Tarantino films. * 8) Continues on Tarantino and we also geek out about his love for John Carpenter along with his favorite film of all time. - * 9) How @slipknot decides on their set lists and keeping a certain flow in their live show. * 10) Continued on creating live shows and the set list. This is only 1/2 of the interview. Full link in my bio! One of my favorite lead singers from one of my favorite bands of all time. Corey and I have talked about movies over social media for a couple of years and he’s the reason this interview happened. I told him I was going to be at the show and asked if we could talk movies. Thanks so much to @coreytaylor for making this happen. This interview meant so much to me considering I’ve been listening to Slipknot for over 20-years. Corey has one of the greatest voices I’ve ever heard and the band is a rarity in the sense that they sound even better live than they do on the album. Always loved the cinematic experience of their music and shows. And a huge thank you to my amazing wife (@dcfilmgirl) for helping me set-up and record the interview. I love you. ❤️🤘 #coreytaylor #slipknot #jayweinberg #clown #shawncrahan #stonesour #wearenotyourkind #metal

”You can’t see California without Marlon Brando’s eyes.” 🤘🤘 One of my all-time favorite lead singers from one of my all-time favorite bands. In 1999, I remember buying Slipknot’s first major record and being absolutely blown away by the sound. I hadn’t heard a record hit that hard since the first Korn album and Sepultura’s “Roots” record. Hearing Corey Taylor reference Marlon Brando in “Eyeless” was a huge deal for me because it married both of my favorite things; music and films. That album is absolutely timeless. The new record is absolutely amazing. Favorite track is “Nero Forte.” The lyrical structure of that track is insane. If you haven’t bought the album, change that immediately. Truly amazing artists. One thing I’ve always loved about Slipknot is how cinematic the albums come across. There are so many elements of film scores and mood setting elements that fully immerse you in the art. We geeked out about movies, @thatkevinsmith, music and more. What a great guy. Can’t wait for the show tonight. Thanks so much to @coreytaylor for hanging out tonight. Meant a lot to me to talk music with you dude! 🤘🤘🤘 #coreytaylor #slipknot

“My honor. You amaze me. You’re enthusiasm for film is just killer.” - John Travolta. ***10 videos. Swipe left. I spoke with Mr. @johntravolta in two separate interviews on the same day: - 1) Pulp Fiction dance sequence at Jack Rabbit Slims. - 2) Dance sequence continued where he talks Batman/Adam West inspirations - 3) Pulp Fiction briefcase. What Travolta was told on the set by Tarantino. - 4) Pulp Fiction briefcase continued. - 5) Talking his new film, The Fanatic (directed by @freddurst), which opens August 30th, and how he handles fan interactions when he’s dealing with something in his personal life. - 6) Filmmaking behind the famous Pulp Fiction needle sequence. - 7) More on filming the sequence in Pulp Fiction where Vincent Vega uses the needle to help Mia Wallace. - 8) How directors like De Palma (Blow Out) shaped him now and what he uses from filmmakers on the set of The Fanatic. - 9) Travolta’s review of #onceuponatimeinhollywood and possibility of a Vega Brothers film. - 10) Continued from 9. Surreal. In this post, there are 10 interview clips from two separate interviews I did with John Travolta on Wednesday. One interview took place live on-air in the morning show. The second took place later that evening at Regal Gallery Place after I had the honor of introducing Mr. Travolta to a sold out crowd. Logistically, we had to do the interview in a dark theatre hallway so the lighting wasn’t the best. That’s why I covered a lot of the movie theatre interview with a still image. Ironically, the theatre hallway we were standing in was right next door to where Quentin Tarantino’s #onceuponatimeinhollywood was playing so we could hear the sounds as people opened the door. Mr. Travolta was so cool to let me nerd out with him about his filmography. He was in-town to talk about #TheFanatic where he plays a super fan of an actor. As a fan, he crosses a line that leads him down a dark path. The Fanatic opens August 30th. #thefanatic #pulpfiction #johntravolta @tarantinouniverse @umathurman #quentintarantino #onceuponatimeinhollywood #briandepalma

VINCENT VEGA IN THE HOUSE! Surreal. First time ever interviewing John Travolta and we geeked out about everything from Face/Off to Pulp Fiction to Broken Arrow and more. I’ve seen Face/Off too many times to even count and hearing him say “Ohhhh weeeee you good lookin!” was insane. He told me that line was improvised and I was blown away. And yes, I always carry my Bad MotherF***** wallet with me. Even though the wallet belongs to @samuelljackson’s character, I had to get Travolta to hold it. Told me a great story about the Pulp Fiction dance sequence where he used Adam West’s Batman to give Tarantino ideas for the sequence. And at one point in the interview, he showed me how to do the two fingers across the face move. Absolutely insane seeing him do that in-person. Lauren and I did his Pulp Fiction dance at our wedding and he watched the video to give me pointers. In his new movie, The Fanatic (Directed by @freddurst - “Stuck” still hits so hard!), he plays a super fan of an actor who crosses a line bringing on disturbing events. Was interesting to reflect with him about his fan experiences and how fandom changed for him throughout the different films of his career. He said he recently sent to see Tarantino’s new movie and loved it. Said it’s his favorite of Tarantino’s since Pulp Fiction. In The Fanatic, there’s a moment where Travolta’s character quotes Michael Madsen’s Vic Vega, Vincent Vega’s brother, and makes reference to Reservoir Dogs. I asked him if he’d be interesting in doing The Vega Brothers film and he said that would be cool if it was Tarantino’s last film. Travolta said he would definitely do it. I need that film in my life ASAP. He was saying how cool it would be if that Tarantino’s last film. He was awesome enough to sign my Jack Rabbit Slim’s menu, which he was shocked to see in-person. Such a surreal experience to interview someone who’s been such a massive part of my life and he turned out to be even more awesome than I could have imagined. I’ve met him prior but didn’t have a chance to interview him until today. Surreal. #pulpfiction #thefanatic #johntravolta #quentintarantino #onceuponatimeinhollywood #thevegabrothers #vincentvega

Surreal would be an understatement to describe checking in to a Taco Hell Hotel with hot sauce floaties. ❤️❤️❤️ “I don’t want to be a cold, shutdown, closed-off person. That’s not the importance of life. The importance of living is to connect with people.” - Dakota Johnson. ***swipe left - 2 videos. Dakota’s answer here truly blew me away. The film is powerful and I imagined it left an imprint on the actors but I had no clue her answer would be like this. You can tell she was genuinely affected by the story and her cast. So much so, it changed her life outlook completely. THE PEANUT BUTTER FALCON is one of my favorite films of the year and the type of film that we all need to see. The film was written specifically for the leading star, Zack Gottsagen. The filmmakers met him 6-years ago and decided to write and direct a film that centered around his dreams. In the film, Zack’s character has Down syndrome and lived in a nursing home where Dakota’s character takes care of him. Zack’s dream is to be a wrestler (his wrestling name is The Peanut Butter Falcon!) so he escapes and goes on a journey where he meets up with Shia LaBeouf’s character. The journey brings all 3 actors/characters together and like the characters who change, the actors who played changed as well. Thanks to @dakotajohnson for the amazing answer. @zacharygottsagen ❤️ #thepeanutbutterfalcon #dakotajohnson #shialabeouf #zackgottsagen (Note: Instagram cuts off the video after a minute so the last word Dakota was going to say in the first video was “vulnerable.”)

!!!!! “I’ve always loved entertainment journalism...didn’t realize it could be important too. There’s a guy named Kevin McCarthy, really sweet kid...” Surreal. Kevin Smith at Comic-Con Hall H telling the story of how he reunited with Ben Affleck after not speaking with him for nearly a decade. Surreal to hear this but this isn’t about me. Kevin is being nice and “crediting” me for helping to reunite him and Affleck but it’s much deeper than that. Yes, it’s surreal to have one of your favorites directors mention you in a setting like that but the real story here is the friendship that was lost and then found again. Hearing Smith emotionally tell this story is truly incredible. You can feel how genuinely emotional this is for him. You feel how he genuinely missed his friend and those fun times they had on-set during #ChasingAmy, #Mallrats, #Dogma, #ClerksII and more. The reality of the situation is that Smith is 100% responsible for the friendship, the brilliant scene he wrote and directed in #jayandsilentbobreboot and getting Affleck to return. If by asking a simple question at a press junket could help reunite that connection, that’s awesome but the credit fully goes to Smith and his amazing team for making it happen. On a fan note, I wish I could show this video to my 13-year-old self watching #Mallrats over and over again on VHS. Smith has always been one of my top 5 favorite filmmakers alongside Tarantino, Rodriguez, Nolan & Scorsese. Watch @thatkevinsmith’s full Hall H Comic-Con panel (Go to YouTube.com/KevinSmith for the full video) where he tells the full story about re-uniting with Ben Affleck after seeing an interview I did with Affleck for #TripleFrontier. Smith starts telling the story at the 28:27 mark of the video and he tells the story for almost 20-minutes! Amazing story with emotional details and hilarious moments. As you know, Smith and Mewes are taking Reboot on the road for a Roadshow Q&A tour. Head over to RebootRoadshow.com to get info on the dates, locations & tickets. I’ve seen the film and can’t wait to see it again. Lauren & I are going to the show at the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse. #kevinsmith #benaffleck #jayandsilentbob

Always love talking filmmaking with this guy. Today, we geeked out about how the brilliant Akira Kurosawa influenced the final epic action sequence in HOBBS AND SHAW. David Leitch truly did an incredible job with this film. Started my week in London on Monday where I saw HOBBS AND SHAW. Tuesday, I interviewed Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby and Jason Statham. Then, flew to Hawaii Wednesday and ended the week with one of the nicest people on the planet. Thanks to @therock for always being so awesome! ❤️🎥🎞

BONG! Kevin took me aside @ Endgame premiere to tell me this! Still in shock. Via @thatkevinsmith “MY BOYFRIEND’S BACK! When the trailer for @jayandsilentbob Reboot dropped (link in my bio), folks found out a few of our secrets - one of the biggest being that @benaffleck is back as Holden McNeil! The co-creator of #bluntmanandchronic and friend of #jayandsilentbob plays a crucial role in the Reboot and his scene is one of the best bits of cinema I’ve ever been involved with: it’s absolutely magical and life-affirming and all the things I really care about now, post-heart attack. But when we started shooting the movie, the scene didn’t exist. This scene - and more importantly, my reunion with a guy who I’ve missed terribly for nearly a decade - only happened because of @kevinmccarthytv. Kev interviewed Ben for his @netflix movie #triplefrontier and kicked off by asking Ben “Did they call you for Reboot yet?” And Ben said no, but he was available. So producer @jordanmonsanto said “Call Ben.” I told her “That’s just some nice shit to say at a junket. He wasn’t serious.” A week later, Jordan, @jaymewes and @jenschwalbach we’re all pressing me to reach out to Ben, so I finally did. I was scared to be rejected, but I texted him “To paraphrase the sad old King Osric in CONAN THE BARBARIAN? ‘There comes a time when the jewels cease to sparkle, when the gold loses its luster, when the throne room becomes a prison, and all that is left is a director’s love for the people he used to make pretend with.’” And after a long beat of wondering how he’d receive this, my estranged friend wrote back as only he could: “Of course you still liken yourself to a king,” he joked. And then “Would be a pleasure to see you again, Old Man.” So naturally, weepy me - who breaks down emotionally during comic book flicks - was a blubbery mess. Not only did we score an amazing scene for the flick, but I also got my friend back - all because of entertainment journalism. Thank you, #kevinmccarthytv - your #viewaskew themed opening question not only allowed me to make an 8 page sequel to #chasingamy in the middle of #JayAndSilentBobReboot, it also brought back a massive missing piece of my heart.”

“I think he’s gonna be a filmmaker, this kid...He’s got the stuff.” - Steven Spielberg. Eight years ago, I had an insane opportunity to interview Steven Spielberg TWICE in a one-week period of time. The first was December 4th, 2011 in New York City for “War Horse”. I prepared for a week for that interview. If I remember correctly, I wrote 17 questions for a 4-min interview and was only able to ask 3 questions. Within those 4 minutes, we covered Jaws, Saving Private Ryan and more. At the end of the interview, Spielberg shook my hand and asked why I was doing interviews and not making movies. I had just purchased an 8mm camera prior to that interview so I geeked out a little about that and then asked him for a picture. We stood up, took the photo and he wasn’t satisfied with the lighting of it so we took 3 more until the photo was perfect. Spielberg directed the picture. One week later, on December 11th, I traveled back to NYC to interview Mr. Spielberg again for Tin Tin. Keep in mind that Mr. Spielberg was filming “Lincoln” at the time in Richmond, VA. Therefore, he was doing press for two films on the weekends while filming Daniel Day-Lewis during the week. Insane. Anyways, I walk in the room and he’s like “Kevin!” and I’m freaking out. Yes, it only had been 7 days but I just figured there was no way he’d remember specifics about me. Think about all the people on his sets. I doubted he had time to even store any memory of a press day he did a week prior. Well, I was wrong. Immediately following our Tin Tin interview, a reporter named @jimdever walked in the room for his interview. Jim made a comment about how excited I was in the hallway about the interview and the cameras were rolling on Spielberg’s response. A timer came out of the room to tell me what he said and that the footage should be on Jim’s tapes. Big thanks to Jim for the footage. Years later, after my 6th interview with Steven Spielberg - this time for his masterful “Ready Player One”, Mr. Spielberg told me he thought of me while directing some of the scenes in “Ready Player One.” Blew my freakin mind. I need to make a film but I’m so freakin scared of it. ❤️🎥🎞

“Do what you love and the money will follow.” - Always loved that quote. My radio professor at George Mason University said that to me years ago and it has always stayed with me. Always an honor to speak to the amazing high school students at the Washington Journalism and Media Conference. This year, over 300 students, who are interested in a career in journalism, came from around the country for this incredible conference. As a Mason Alum, it’s always amazing to go back to the school and speak with students. One thing I always say is ASK QUESTIONS. You won’t know if the answer could be yes if you don’t ask. If you’re passionate about something, you’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen. For me, I worked a sales job making $28,000 a year while living in the DC area. I did that for 8-years while doing the job I’m doing now basically for free. At one point, I started to get $200 a week for my movie reviews but I would use my vacation days from my sales job to travel for the movie interviews I would be doing as a freelancer. For me, money wasn’t ever the motivation. It was always the idea that I could sit in a room with my cinematic idols for 4-minutes and talk filmmaking. You can’t put a dollar amount on being able to walk in a room with Spielberg and talk filmmaking. That to me was priceless. I didn’t intend on being on television or radio. I just knew that I loved talking about movies and I happened to be at an internship that placed me at a radio station where I was put on the FM airwaves for the first time. To be able to talk to these students and hear their amazing questions is always incredible to me. Hard work, passion, internships and asking questions are the core of my story and I feel that can be applied to any field of work or passion. Mine just happens to be movies. I’ve been doing this job now for 14-years and I still cried the other day after interviewing Quentin Tarantino. I called my wife immediately after the interview and I was choking up. It still blows my mind that I get to sit in a room with the people who were such a massive part of my childhood and my life now. 📸 by @meghanatbreese #wjmc2019 ❤️🎥🎞

“When I go to see a Quentin Tarantino movie, I expect a ten and I get a FIFTEEN!” - Quentin Tarantino. That’s my favorite director of all time quoting me after listening to an episode of our ReelBlend podcast. I don’t understand how that’s even possible. I’ve spent many years walking around quoting Quentin Tarantino films. I regularly quote Pulp Fiction (Ezekiel 25:17, “Donde Esta La Zapateria?”), Reservoir Dogs (“You shoot me in a dream, you better wake up and apologize”), Jackie Brown (“Ak-47...), True Romance (“You’re so cool”) and so many more. For Quentin Tarantino to walk in our room and starting quoting OUR PODCAST verbatim...it was shocking to say the least. If I’m ever lucky enough to be in France, I immediately go to a McDonalds, take out my Bad MotherF***** wallet and happily order a Royale With Cheese. Lauren and I did the Pulp Fiction dance at our wedding. We went to a True Romance festival and stayed at the Safari Inn while dressing up like Clarence and Alabama. Tarantino’s films have been a part of my life for a long time. While I’ve been lucky enough to interview him before in 4-min interviews, sitting down with him for over 20-min was a completely different experience. He’s my cinematic hero as a filmmaker and yesterday he talked to us like we were all just best friends sitting around talking movies. It felt like we all just knew each other and just a naturally flowing conversation. Before he walked in the room, we set up our own personal memorabilia on the table where were sitting for the interview. I had my original Kill Bill 35mm trailer that had the teaser before it was split in two films. I had my ticket stubs for Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2, Inglourious Basterds, Django Unchained and my Hateful 8 roadshow book. I had my Jack Rabbit Slims menu and my Pulp Fiction wallet. Not only that, we all dressed up in Reservoir Dogs suits. Not only was Tarantino cool with us being fans, he was grateful. He called our podcast “entertaining” and said he had a “blast” and thanked us for coming to do the interview. I still can’t believe this really happened. ❤️🎥🎞 #onceuponatimeinhollywood

Reservoir Dogs. I cried shortly after this moment. This happened 2-hours ago & I’m still in shock. I have tears in my eyes just typing this. Not only did Quentin Tarantino tell us he listens to our ReelBlend podcast (subscribe on iTunes) & quoted specific lines from past episodes, he also drank margaritas with us during our 20-min interview. And thanks to my amazing wife who wore a Pulp Fiction shirt today for good luck. Love you @dcfilmgirl. I can’t breathe. As a kid who grew up with Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction posters in my bedroom, this was one of the most surreal experiences of my life. We geeked out about Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, True Romance and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. We talked 8mm, 16mm, 35mm film and so much more. It honestly felt like best friends just sitting around talking films. I can’t comprehend what just happened. #onceuponatimeinhollywood ❤️🎥🎞

It’s not CGI?!? Millie Bobby Brown tells me how they achieve Eleven’s nose bleeding effect PRACTICALLY. Loved talking about the incredible filmmaking behind Stranger Things season 3. Who’s watching Stranger Things 3?!? Best season of the series, so far. Incredible production value, epic tracking shots & set design. Most emotional/relatable season as the kids are getting older. What makes the show brilliant is its ability to stay emotionally & realistically grounded on a character level while blending perfectly with the sci-fi elements. Score, script & performances strike perfect tone. UTA Briesewitz’s work on ep. 5&6 is amazing! Best action Eleven has ever been involved in. #strangerthings #strangerthings3 #gatenmatarazzo #dustin P.S. I watch every single opening credits. A button pops up to “Skip Intro” but I always keep it on. The score and simplistic yet haunting opening credits completely set the mood for what you’re about to experience. Love that the camera then takes you through the letters of the title. The Duffer Bros blend practical and CGI. Look at the van flip in season 1!!! That’s practically done. One shot is the kids riding their bikes and the second shot is the van flip - then you marry the two shots. Always looks better when captured in camera. Duffers shoot on red HD cameras yet still achieve that glorious film look because they run the digital print through real film grain. So much work goes into the incredible look and feel of the show. And look out for a Taco Bell logo! ❤️🎥🎞

Happy Birthday to my world! Conner 4 Real once said “Finest girl I ever met in my whole life. Wanted to take her home, make her my wife.” I just wanted to quote POPSTAR because we are obsessed with that film. There aren’t words to describe how special Lauren is to me. The world is a better place with her in it. Growing up, I was always told in movies about these seemingly unbelievable and unattainable love stories that just seemed ridiculous and cliches. I always wondered what that felt like and thought I wouldn’t ever find that in my life. That all changed when I met Lauren who truly is my best friend that I want to share every single moment of my life with. And yes, like any relationship, we have our ups and downs and arguments. Social media leads us to believe that everyone’s relationship is perfect but it’s the ups and downs that really shape the relationship for the better. You have to have the arguments to appreciate the amazing moments. Being married almost 3-years now, communication is the key. I think a lot back to that moment in MALLRATS where Stan Lee delivers that epic dialogue to Jason Lee about the love he lost. While I know T.S. had Lee say that to Brodie, it really resonated about what’s important in life. It’s easy to get caught up with work and life but at the end of the day, it’s going to sleep and waking up next to Lauren that means everything. We originally connected on the film “Drive” and that was it. That film had so many brilliant aspects that we both agreed on and it was just an insane connection right from the start. On top of that, I’m in love with her family. Her father, brother, mom and step-dad are so awesome and I’m just honored to be a part of such an awesome group of people. Lauren is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. Not that Lauren is a thing but you know what I mean. Anyways, I love this human being more than I can express in the limited amount of characters I have here. I’m not just saying this because she’s my wife but I truly feel Lauren is the most selfless person I’ve ever met. Love you baby! Happy Birthday!

Wait! What?!?!? “He (@johntravolta’s Vincent) did it on purpose because he was pissed he (@phillamarr’s Marvin) didn’t tell us the kid was in the bathroom.” Wow. Samuel L. Jackson & I talk about the classic car sequence in Pulp Fiction when Jules and Vincent are in the car with Marvin. First time I'd heard this story. Vincent did it on purpose?! I just always assumed it was an accident with the bump in the road. I wish I could send this video to myself in high school. I had Tarantino’s movie posters all over my bedroom walls. Pulp Fiction has been and always will be one of my favorite films ever made. #superflytnt #pulpfiction #quentintarantino #samuelljackson #johntravolta ❤️🎥🎞

24-years between my two tickets for the first TOY STORY and TOY STORY 4. On the left is my original Toy Story ticket from 1995 when I saw it Florida visting my Grandparents. Dad & Grandpa saw HEAT. Mom, brother, Grandma and I saw TOY STORY. I was 11. If I had the choice, I would have gone to HEAT but my parents wouldn’t let me. Oddly enough, I kept my Dad’s HEAT ticket and years later, Robert De Niro signed it for me. Crazy. 24-years later, these characters still amaze me. What old tickets do you still have? ❤️🎥🎞

Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon and I talked Infinity War, Homecoming and more!

Just geeked out with these amazing people. I’m typing this Instagram post as I’m sitting outside of Samuel L. Jackson’s room. Wait. Hold on. Be right back. So I had to stop typing because I had to walk in Jackson’s room for the interview. Now, I’m finishing this Instagram post after just geeking out with Jackson about the Marvin sequence in Pulp Fiction. I know I say this a lot but I can’t believe I have the opportunity to geek out with these amazing casts. So grateful. #spidermanfarfromhome #tomholland #zendaya #jacobbatalon ❤️🎥🎞

Always love talking filmmaking with this guy. Today, we geeked out about how the brilliant Akira Kurosawa influenced the final epic action sequence in HOBBS AND SHAW.

Duffer Brothers perfectly marry practical and CGI effects. Even cooler is they shoot the show on a digital RED camera and run it through actual film grain to achieve the 35mm 80’s look. Full interview link is in my profile! Have you watched Season 3? ❤️🎥🎞 #strangerthings #milliebobbybrown #finnwolfhard #noahschnapp @netflix @milliebobbybrown @noahschnapp @finnwolfhardofficial #strangerthings3 @strangerthingstv @shawnlevydirect

THE DUFFER BROTHERS! Loved geeking out with the genius creators and directors of #StrangerThings for a spoiler-free discussion of Season 3! ***swipe left - 10 videos. 1) - @therussobrothers gave me a surprise “fan” question for the Duffer Brothers. 2) - Part 2 of Duffer/Russo Brothers moment 3) - Sneaking in R-Rated movies as kids. 4) - How they achieve @milliebobbybrown’s nose bleed effect for Eleven. @finnwolfhardofficial @noahschnapp 5) - The inspiration behind the incredible title sequence on each episode. I watch the intro every single time and they explain why it’s essential. 6) - Part 2 on the title sequence and the reason why people skip some title sequences. 7) - Do they play the masterful Stranger Things score on-set for the actors to get emotionally in character? 8) - More on the score of the show. 9) - Why they direct episodes 1, 2, 7, 8 and have guest directors for episodes 3-6. 10) - How they make the show, which is shot on the digital red camera, look like it was shot on film! So freakin cool that they run actual film grain on it. We also discussed how they did that epic van flip in season 1 when Eleven flips it over the kids. Couldn’t fit it here so the full interview link with the Duffers and the cast is in my bio! Season 3 streaming today and it’s the best of the series, so far. #milliebobbybrown #finnwolfhard #noahschnapp #gatenmatarazzo #joekeery #dufferbrothers #netflix #calebmclaughlin #sadiesink #mayahawke

Happy birthday to the ground!!!! And my wife. What an incredible show. The Lonely Island crushes it! If you haven’t seen POPSTAR, change that immediately. One of the funniest comedies I’ve ever seen. Lauren and I listen to the soundtrack on loop. Insane being front row for this concert tonight in Brooklyn! Thank you to the awesome person behind us for snapping this photo of us during the show. #andysamberg #akivashaffer #jormataccone #lonelyisland #kingstheatre #thelonelyisland 🏝🏝🏝🏝🏝

Requiem For A Dream. (*Swipe left) Had to visit the filming locations of Darren Aronofsky’s masterpiece. Only thing missing from these photos is @i_was_a_teenage_clint_mansell’s brilliant score. And now, we go from Coney Island to the Lonely Island show tonight. ❤️🎥🎞🤘🤘 #requiemforadream #jaredleto #jenniferconnelly #coneyisland #wonderwheel
