So much has and is being said here about the Covid-19. My personal 2 cents: You may have strong immune system, go through Covid-19 without even feeling it and kill several people around you without even knowing it. Social distancing is the only way to prevent the spread of Covid-19 today. Not tomorrow. Today. That means keeping as many people home as possible, starting now. It’s not just about protecting yourself, but people around you. BUT While the physical distance between people is increasing, I’ve never witnessed and experienced such an amazing level of love, care and empathy among humans, nations and continents as I do these days. We will hopefully miss each other, stop fighting, hating and reconnect with love as soon as this pandemic is over. I find this an amazing and one of a kind ( what else could have made us, constantly moving, running and competing humans to stand still?) opportunity to finally do what we never have enough time for. Read. Dream. Spend more time with our family. Watch movies. Do kind of stuff you’ve been promising yourself for the past 10 years and never actually did. Rethink. Reconsider. Reevaluate. Relationships. Goals. Life. Viruses are contagious. But so is panic, fear, hysteria, love, joy, laughter, kindness and enthusiasm. You choose what’s best for you. What I know for sure, whoever’s master plan that is ( and there are gazillions of conspiracy theories and I have my very own theory ), on a global level, I take this as a wake up call from the Universe, and a reminder how little we are but how big at the same time the impact of our actions can be if we can start and stop a war, a pandemic, a climate apocalypse and so much more. The progress the world is making against Covid-19 is a great reminder that we can come together and make a difference. And most importantly wishing you and your families to stay safe and healthy 🌎🏡💙

Today I turn 35 🌎 And today I realize more than ever that the only constant in life is change. The world changes everyday. And we change together with it. Tastes, feelings, priorities, narratives: change inevitably. Paradigms shift. Looking back at myself, I realize I was quite unaware, for quite a while. Until, the Universe hit me hard. Almost with a brick to the head. First in 2018, then in 2019 when I realized my tomorrow might never come. And I was never the same again. When I finished my 7 months of medical treatment last year and my last check up confirmed I was healthy, a new life was born. I am grateful to so many people in my life and to so many of you, here, reading me, without even knowing me in person, caring and sharing so much love and positive energy. I think that’s when we, people, humans, sapiens, are at our greatest. When we love and support each other, not when we hate or blame each other, not when we cancel each other for past mistakes. But when we build each other up, help each other grow, when we educate and guide each other towards the most positive change there can be. That is the best of humanity, in all its beauty, and at its very core. And my biggest dream and birthday wish today is to be able to “change” the world for the better 🌎💙 I love you ❤ P.S. Several days ago, while traveling, I thought my precautionary measures would scare people, but in the end I was the one who got scared: around 70% of the staff and travelers at the airport were wearing medical masks. Since it all began, I’ve constantly been thinking about my friends and colleagues from China. Those who’ve been locked down at home for weeks, and those worried about loved ones trying to get back home. I hope this will be over soon, and we will start hearing good news.
