This one song built up to a moment just like the opening scene in it where the sprinklers start raining down blood and the unsuspecting American realized he was surrounded by Vampires. Highly uncomfortable split-second connection to make on a Russian dance floor 😧😂

I’m finding it a bit strange being American in Moscow right now. Each day before I’ve walked out of the hotel the media and Facebook have beaten me over the head with these Trump and Putin stories; it’s demoralizing. But then when I get out and enjoy the city for myself - architecture, history, food, live music, new friends - I come back feeling combinations of all very positive things. In reflection, I choose positivity and I’m thankful to be here ✌️✌️ P.S. The media is garbaggio.

Traveling has a way of putting things into perspective. ✌️

A favorite part of traveling for me is considering what my life would be like if I lived there. Ever do that? Where do you figure your best life to be?

Feeling worldly out here in Russia with the fellas. Sadly, the Brits fell but I’m looking forward to the energy at the finals. ✌️

Day 1 as a Bahamian

Jefferson, Washington, Lincoln, H. D. Thoreau were all once surveyors. Don’t you think traversing the land lended perspective that altered how they lived their lives? I feel it in small doses at parks and what not, but I hunger for a more immersive experience. Anyone ever done something like that? Where’d you go and what’d you learn?

Adventure Sunday! Woke up early and got a yoga sesh in with @anzhlique then met up with the Truth Seeker for vegan food, saw a market outside and ended up getting flute lessons. 🤪

We’ve eaten everywhere, seen every show, visited everywhere - but it’s all just the setting for the greater experiences between us.

Shot out to Phil Hellmuth @beingthegreatest for inviting my fam to face his fam in a game of poker. Blows were exchanged both ways with the judges ruling it a draw, but my aunt @westlakecathy emerged with an autographed copy of his last book, #positivity and a memorable last hand double-up with a K on the river! You can see the evolution of emotions through the pictures. Praise aside, I can only faithfully recommend his book, having not read it, to those with truly limitless time or an interest in self-harm.

Followed down memory lane while looking at old Vegas signs and listening to stories of the past. Eternally thankful to be able to create experiences with family like this.
