YES!!! This is something I’ve always struggled with, knowing my worth, not feeling worthy enough or good enough. Because of that I’ve entertained many relationships that were toxic always thinking it was me that was the problem when actually it was them. Don’t get me wrong I know at some points in my life I’ve been toxic to people as well, we all have at one time or another. One thing I have learned & that I live by is until you’ve learn how to love yourself, all of yourself even the dark parts you’ll never be able to fully love anyone you’re in a relationship with including yourself. This year I have dedicated to learning to love myself, to releasing all the bad/negative thoughts an patterns, to know no matter what anyone says I am good enough. I’m still a work in progress. This journey hasn’t been all puppy dogs an ice cream, bad habits aren’t easy to break & living in fear/ego is easier to do when you’ve done it all your life. Living in autopilot isn’t for me anymore & I hope for anyone who’s suffering or struggling finds some solace in this post. Sending you love, light, strength & hope!
