At the farmer’s market picking groceries from our family’s favorite farmer Curtis of @haderliefarms. He makes the best bone broth I have ever had!⁣ ⁣ #bonebroth is one of my favorite foods for power and rejuvenation. 💪 It is great for muscle recovery, joint and gut health and supports collagen production (which keeps your skin looking young and fresh) because it is rich in vitamins, nutrients and important amino acids that are hard to find in foods. Many over the counter deodorants contain chemicals that could cause hormone disruption, allergies, cancer and more. Placing these chemicals directly on your armpit allows them to enter directly into your bloodstream and lymphatic system without filter 😳. Being a #momma makes it hard to have a lot of me time 😊 Whenever I get the chance, I love to wind down at the end of the day with an Epsom salt bath. 🛁 Not only does it give me a chance to clear my head and reflect on the day, it also has a ton of health benefits. ✨ Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, which helps the body reduce inflammation, balance enzymes and flush toxins from the skin, our largest detoxifying organ. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Making an Epsom salt bath is really easy! Just add 2-3 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath. When I was pregnant with Ava I had someone come to our house and go through my cabinets to point out all of the products that could have toxic ingredients in them.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was shocked to find out that just the word FRAGRANCE can mean 50 harmful chemicals alone! We are on our way to having a synthetic free house, including our cleaning supplies, but it took years to find what works for us and definitely didn’t happen overnight 😊⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ One of the tricks I learned was using white vinegar to clean the house. Seriously!
