Happy anniversary @gardnercr ❤️ When I first met Colin, I honestly didn’t think anything of it. I just got out of an unstable anxiety ridden relationship and wanted a fresh start in NYC. We both said we’ll just see where this goes, but no plans or promises. We ended up spending the first few days together, and he never left. The funny thing was, at that time I kind of gave up on love and the moment that I finally let go (letting go of the guy before him, of the expectations, of the anxiety), I met Colin. Funny how life works. 4 years, 3 kitties, and 2 businesses later, he’s still my best friend, my favorite chef, and my heart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sharing some of our favorite moments: Slide 1 - 2 :: 2019, we were acting out our grand opening for Artemis. Big fail 🤣 Slide 3 :: 2016, Vanity Fair, our first event. We never left each other side during the whole event, until he saw Aaron Rodgers 😂 Slide 4 :: 2018, Costa Rica. I should have been Tarzan. Slide 5 :: 2017, attempting the Ryan Gosling + Emma Stone lift from Crazy Stupid Love. Fail 😂 Slide 6 :: 2018, celebrating his birthday in Marrakech 🎂 Slide 7 :: 2017, visiting Los Angeles after we moved to NYC 💙

Travel Must: finding charming bookstores 📚📖 From Edinburgh, Scotland to Saigon, Vietnam to Los Angeles (swipe to see), we always find ourselves getting lost in charming bookstores and cafes. And now Artemis is lined with books 📚 Our travels really inspired how we created the look and feel of @artemishousenyc (last 3 pics)💛📚💛

Travel tip: Just in case you're looking for an epic location for photos and memories... I highly recommend Reynisfjara, Iceland. Jan/Feb are the coldest months, so that means less people overall. My best tip for capturing photos - check the tour bus schedules and get to your location BEFORE the tour buses. You'll have the beaches and waterfalls all to yourselves and time to compose all of the shots you want. I actually stuck heat warmers all over my body and wore tights, thick socks, and UGGs underneath my dress for this shot and it was 🥶 but manageable 😜 Happy travels!!!

I haven’t been posting on IG or have seen much daylight, because we’ve been working nonstop on Artemis. Our biggest takeaway from last year... You’ve asked and we’ve listened! We’re launching an online shop soon! A highly vetted online CBD shop curating the best products. We learned a lot from having a physical store and can’t wait to carry that personalized care and feel to our online shop. Thank you for being on this journey with us! I was not offered transitional housing and had no where to go. Getting into UC Berkeley changed the course of my life.
